James Drinkall is Allerthorpe Park Golf Club’s Head Professional. James is an AA status qualified professional and has had numerous successes since turning professional in 2001.
Since arriving at Allerthorpe Park Golf Club in 2008 James has won the Yorkshire PGA Classic 2008, the East Riding Open Championship 2008, the York Golf Club Pro Am 2008 and concluding with a fantastic (-5) 65 to win the Allerthorpe Park Golf Club Pro Am and set a new course record.
James is, by his own admission, more of a coaching specialist. His coaching record includes being the East Riding Junior team coach and actively works with members and visitors through the season improving their game and allowing them to enjoy their golf much more. James offers both individual and group golf lessons to golfers of all abilities on all aspects of the game either on the Teaching Academy or on our East Yorkshire golf course.
